1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Jarhead Mobile Detailing (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide mobile automotive detailing services in the New River Valley, Virginia area. Our services are performed at a location you provide and are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • Appointments are available Saturdays, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
  • We accept one appointment per day to ensure every vehicle receives our full attention.
  • Bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received (see Payment Terms below).
  • We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time, but availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

3. Payment Terms

  • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
  • Payment is accepted through QuickBooks / Intuit payment processing.
  • Prices are as listed on our website and are subject to change. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment may receive a deposit credit toward a future service.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows will forfeit the full deposit amount.
  • Rescheduling requests are accommodated based on availability and should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, in which case your deposit will be fully credited.

5. Service Location Requirements

As a mobile detailing service, we require the following at your location:

  • Access to a water source (outdoor spigot or hose)
  • Access to an electrical outlet
  • Adequate space to work around the vehicle
  • A reasonably level surface

If conditions at your location are unsuitable for service, we may need to reschedule or adjust the scope of work.

6. Liability Limitations

  • Jarhead Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: paint chips, scratches, dents, cracked windshields, or mechanical issues.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by undisclosed vehicle conditions (e.g., loose trim, aftermarket modifications).
  • Any concerns about your vehicle’s condition must be communicated before service begins.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Satisfaction & Disputes

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service provided:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a complimentary re-detail of the affected area.
  • Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to mediation in Radford, Virginia.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
